Do you care about animals? Want to help protect them? Get inspired, informed and active for animals by starting an Animal Club at your school. You can also win some amazing prizes including a $5,000 Humane School prize and seed funding to kick-start your Club. Animal Club is a national network of clubs around Australia created by Voiceless, the fund for animals. These clubs, run by ‘Club Leaders’ in primary and secondary schools, organise activities in their schools or in the community to raise awareness of animal protection issues. A Club Leader might be a teacher, principal or interested school parent. Animal Club members can either do activities as a group as part of their school curriculum, at recess/ lunch, or as an extra-curricular activity.
